MOCHO POUND CAKE 
2/3 c. vegetable shortening
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Blend all the above ingredients together in a mixer for 2 minutes. Add 3 eggs and 2 squares of unsweetened chocolates. Beat 1 hour. Put into greased loaf pan. Place in oven at 325 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes.

Cool for 10 minutes in pan then remove it. For gooey, chewy taste cook 55 to 60 minutes. Can be kept frozen.
