1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 Knorr's vegetable soup
1 pkg. box frozen spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Cut up spinach. Mix all ingredients together. You may use a round loaf of bread - cut the top off - and then remove center of loaf - and place dip in loaf. Bread can be used like a cracker.
