FARMERS BREAKFAST 
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 sm. onions, diced
1 tbsp. milk
4 sm. potatoes, diced
1 c. grated cheese
4 slices bacon, (fried and crumbled)
Fat from bacon

Fry potatoes. Saute onions in bacon fat. Combine onions, bacon, potatoes, and salt and set aside. Beat eggs and milk together, scramble. When eggs are almost done, still runny, add all ingredients and finish cooking.
