1 bunch parsnips 3 tbsp. butter 1 pinch salt, pepper, and nutmeg Chopped parsley Clean and scrape parsnips. Slice lengthwise. Melt butter in a skillet; add parsnips and seasonings and cook covered over low heat until tender. Serve garnished with finely chopped parsley. |
