PECOS PECAN NUT BREAD 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. fructose
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. pecans, broken rather finely
1 heaping tsp. sea salt

Beat egg, milk and fructose thoroughly, then add flour, baking powder, nuts and salt. Beat well and let rise for 20 minutes. Oil a bread pan with butter and bake in a slow oven at 300 degrees 30 or 40 minutes, or until a straw inserted comes out dry.
