PECAN NUT ROLL LOAVES 
4 c. water
2 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
Flour

FILLING:

5 c. ground pecans
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix in flour until stiff; let dough rise until double in size, then roll out 1/8 inches thick. Mix filling ingredients together. Put nut filling over complete area; roll like jelly rolls. Let rise again and bake in hot 425 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
