PECAN NUT CUPS 
1/2 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour

Blend and roll in little balls and press into tiny papers in miniature cupcake tins.

FILLING:

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix filling ingredients and fill cups to the top. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
