BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Velveeta cheese (in cubes)
1 can French Fried Onion Rings (Durkee)

Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Drain. Mix together cream soup, cheese cubes and 1/2 of onions. Add broccoli and mix. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining onions on top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbling.
