PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 onion, diced
1/2 tsp. sage
1/3 c. raw rice
1 egg
2 cans tomato soup

Mix hamburger, salt, pepper, onion, sage, rice, egg and shape into balls. Mix tomato soup with one can of water. Pour over balls and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4 or 5.
