BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bag chopped frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
3-4 carrots, chopped

1 stick butter, melted
Add 1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix

Mix first set of ingredients. Grease casserole dish. Add 1/2 of first mixture, pour on 1/2 of second mixture. Put rest of first mixture on and then the remainder of bread crumb mixture on top. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
