CELERY FINGERS 
1 bunch celery
1/4 lb. American cheese
1 1/4 oz. pkg. Roquefort cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. crumbled potato chips (cholesterol free)
Paprika for top

Grate American cheese into mixing bowl. Crumble Roquefort. Add to American cheese with other ingredients and blend well. Cover; chill. Clean celery and cut into finger lengths. Fill each piece with cheese mixture. Sprinkle a dash of paprika on top.
