CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 oz. baking chocolate
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1/4 stick butter

Combine chocolate, sugar, milk and syrup in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until rolling boil is reached. Set timer and cook exactly 3 minutes, still stirring.

Remove from heat, add butter and place in sink in water for 10 or 15 minutes. Then beat until color changes and fudge thickens. May add nuts. Pour quickly onto wax paper. Should be creamy and ready to cut almost immediately.
