POT ROAST IN FOIL 
3-4 lb. pot roast
1 env. Lipton's dry onion soup mix
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup (optional)

Place 30 x 18 inch piece of heavy duty aluminum foil in a glass or metal baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches; place meat on foil. Sprinkle soup mix over top of roast and spread with cream of mushroom soup. Fold foil over meat and seal securely. Bake in 300 degree oven for 4 hours or 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. 8-10 servings.
