BEEF ROAST IN FOIL 
1 (2 to 4 lb.) Bolar or Chuck roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix or 1 lg. onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place roast in double thickness of foil, enough to enclose meat. Sprinkle meat with soup mix or slice onion over top of roast. Season with salt and pepper. Fold foil over top and completely seal in meat tightly. Roast 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
