CHUCK ROAST IN FOIL 
1 chuck roast
1/2 - 1 c. env. dry onion soup mix
1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom or celery soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place roast on large piece of aluminum foil; sprinkle with onion soup. Spread soup on top. Wrap roast in foil; seal well. Bake 20 minutes to 1 hour per pound or until done.
