CHUCK ROAST 
1 (3 lb.) boneless chuck roast
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Minced garlic
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. evaporated milk

Cut meat into 6 pieces. Place on large piece of foil and sprinkle with salt and garlic. Combine other ingredients and spoon over meat. Wrap foil securely around meat; place in heavy skillet or Dutch oven and bake at 325 degrees about 2 1/2 or 3 hours or until gravy is thick and the pieces are tender.
