5 lbs. lean beef, ground 5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick Salt 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed 2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper 1 tsp. liquid hickory smoke 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Mix well. Refrigerate 3 days. Take out each day and mix. On the 4th day form into 3 rolls. Roll in foil to bake. Bake for 8 hours at 200 degrees turning every 2 hours. |
