CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. med. egg noodles
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sliced black olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and cut into 1 inch cubes

Cook chicken breasts. Either boil meat and remove from bone or cut up raw boneless chicken breasts and stir fry. Set aside. Boil noodles.

Saute onions and green pepper in butter. Add soup and milk and seasoning; store until well blended then remove from heat. Fold in sour cream.

Place chicken, noodles, and olives in baking dish add sauce and toss together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
