BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. boiling water
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can evaporated milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
paprika
Salt
3/4 c. Minute Rice

Saute onion and butter. In bowl add Minute Rice to boiling water and a little salt. Add to butter and onion. Place following in casserole with above mixture; 1 can chicken rice soup, 1 can evaporated milk, 8 ounces Velveeta cheese cut in cubes and 1 package frozen chopped broccoli. Top with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees.
