CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
3 lg. chicken breasts

Bake chicken and chop up. Cook broccoli as directions on box. Cook together onions and butter. Remove from heat, add flour and salt. Add soup and milk to make sauce. Stir well.

Lay chopped chicken breasts on bottom of baking dish. Put broccoli on top of chicken, then add sauce on top of broccoli. Grate cheese and add on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
