ICE CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

18 Hydrox (whole)
1/3 c. melted butter

Crust Hydrox and mix with melted butter.

FILLING:

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 qt. ice cream

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipped cream

Melt chocolate (in double boiler). Stir in sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and add evaporated milk (in that order) and stir until thick (about 10 minutes).

Cool and refrigerate.

Pile ice cream in crust, spread cold chocolate mixture on frozen ice cream, freeze, put sweetened whipped cream (whipped with 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla) and nuts. Freeze.
