BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 red potatoes, cooked & cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain yogurt
4 oz. bacon, fried, drained & crumbled
Paprika

Spread cut up potatoes evenly in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle bacon on top and garnish with paprika. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover for the last 30 minutes.
