OYSTER STEW 
3 c. milk
1 slice onion
2 branches celery
2 sprigs parsley
1 pt. oysters
3 tbsp. butter

Heat milk, onion, celery and parsley over boiling water for 20 minutes. Remove vegetables.

Heat oysters in their own liquid until edges curl.

Combine with milk and serve. Milk and oysters should be about the same temperature when mixed.
