PASTA WITH BROCCOLI 
8 oz. pasta (ziti, rotelle, etc.)
1 tin flat anchovy fillets
1/4 c. olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 red bell pepper, cut in 2 inch strips
1 bunch broccoli, cut up

Cook pasta as directed. Place anchovies (undrained) in skillet and add olive oil and garlic. Heat and stir until anchovies dissolve. Add red bell pepper and broccoli. Cook and stir until tender. Add cooked pasta and toss. Serve with French or Italian bread.
