CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
1 or 2 cans cherry pie filling

Reserve 1 cup of cake mix. In large bowl mix remaining cake mix, 1 egg, and oil. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan on bottom and sides.

In same bowl blend cream cheese and sugar. Add 3 eggs and 1 cup cake mix, beat one minute on medium speed. Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Top with cherries when cool and refrigerate.
