WILD RICE SALAD 
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. celery, diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Toasted slivered almonds
2 c. chicken or turkey, cut up
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. wild rice
1 tsp. salt

Cook the rice and cool. Mix with vinegar, salt, oil, and curry. Cook the peas and drain. Add all ingredients and refrigerate. Garnish with almonds before serving. Serves 12.
