HOT POTATO SALAD 
12 to 15 small potatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 lg. onion
4 stalks celery
4 to 5 strips bacon
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
3 to 4 tsp. sugar
Salt
Pepper

Boil potatoes with jackets on until done. Dice fine bell peppers, onion and celery. Remove jackets from potatoes and dice; add to these the diced vegetables. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Fry bacon, diced, until crisp. Remove bacon from grease, add vinegar and water with sugar to grease and bring to boiling point, but do not boil. Add bacon and grease to potatoes and serve hot.
