CURRIED FRUIT 
1 lb. can grapefruit sections
15-20 dark cherries
1 (15 oz.) can peaches
1 (15 oz.) can pears
1 (4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/4 lb. melted butter
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. curry powder

In casserole arrange fruits, brown sugar and curry powder in layers. Pour melted butter over ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Let stand at least 6 hours or overnight. Heat in oven when ready to serve. Especially good with pork roast, ham, or turkey.
