EGG CUSTARD 
2 c. milk (scalded)
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, sugar and cornstarch in mixer. Beat well. Add scalded milk and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top. (Will be shaky, but will firm up.)
