VODKA PASTA 
1 lb. penne
7 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
1 c. vodka
1 c. canned plum tomatoes, drained
1 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

1. Boil water and prepare pasta (penne).

2. Melt butter in large skillet.

3. Add pepper flakes and vodka and simmer 2 minutes.

4. Add tomatoes and cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

5. When pasta is "al dente", drain and pour into the skillet with the sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and mix.
