CINNAMON RING ROLL 
3/4 c. scalded milk
1 pkg. yeast
4 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 c. flour

DIPPING MIXTURE FOR ROLLED BALLS:

1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. sugar
Melted butter

Let milk cool to lukewarm. Add yeast (which has been dissolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water). Add milk to shortening, sugar and eggs. Mix salt and flour, add to other mixture.

Let rise until doubled. Punch down. Pinch in balls. Dip in melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Put in layers in angel food cake pan.

Let rise about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
