CAKE 'N CUPS | |
1 (9 oz.) pkg. cake mix Canned or packaged frosting mix Cake decorations 12 chocolate (or vanilla) ice cream cups Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake batter as directed on the package. Pour approximately 3 tablespoons batter into ice cream cups, filling about 3/4 full. Set on baking pan or in muffin tins and bake 25 to 30 minutes. The cakes will rise to about the top of the ice cream cups. Allow to cool. To complete the "ice cream cone" picture, mound fluffy white icing over top of the cake, rounding it to resemble a scoop of ice cream. Top with cake decorations. The Cake 'n Cup desserts are eaten just like ice cream cones, but they won't melt. For birthday treats, top with a miniature candle. Serves 12. |
