MEAL-IN-A-MUFFIN 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. mustard
1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Stir in sour cream, butter and mustard. Add over other ingredients stirring just until moistened. Do not over mix. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
