CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
1 pkg. fresh cranberries
2 c. orange juice
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. apples, diced
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. orange peel
1 tbsp. ground ginger

Bring cranberries, sugar and water to boil for 15 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate. Great gift for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
