SWEET POTATO PUDDING #1 
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated raw sweet potato

Combine eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl, beating well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
