GARDEN STEW 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 diced onion
6 diced potatoes
6 diced carrots
1 c. green beans or 1/2 lb. fresh
1 can whole kernel corn or 3 ears fresh
1 (15 oz.) can tomato soup
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of oregano to taste

Brown ground beef and onions and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes; simmer for 30 minutes. (Increase time if fresh green beans are used.) Makes 12 servings.
