GARDEN PASTA SALAD 
1 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, cubed
2 c. broccoli flowerets, cooked
2 c. corkscrew noodles, cooked & drained
2 med. tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Combine red wine vinegar, parsley, basil and garlic; mix well. Add cheese, broccoli and noodles. Mix and chill. Arrange tomatoes on a platter; top with salad. Sprinkle with nuts. TIP: tuna fish, cubed chicken or turkey go great in this.
