1 lg. can sliced peaches & juice 1 sm. can sliced peaches, drained 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 scant c. melted butter Cool Whip Place peaches in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top of peaches. Drizzle butter over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Top servings with Cool Whip. You can substitute cherry pie filling and 1 can crushed pineapple with juice for the peaches. Serves 12 or more. |
