10 LAYER VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 head lettuce, finely chopped 1 lg. onion, finely chopped 1 bell pepper, finely chopped 1 head cauliflower, finely chopped 1 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked 2 c. mayonnaise 2 tsp. sugar 1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix 1 jar bacon bits 1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated Put down in layers starting with lettuce and put in complete amount. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Yield 1 (13 inch long) and 1 (8 inch) small salad. Keeps well for several days in refrigerator. |
