MULTI BEAN BAKE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. bottled chili sauce
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1 (16 oz.) can white beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sm. lima beans, drained
Bacon

Saute onion in butter until soft. Add garlic salt, chili sauce, syrup, water and vinegar; also add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a slow boil. Cook for 3 minutes.

Place drained beans in a deep 2 quart bean bowl and add sauce. Stir gently. Place bacon strips on top and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until bacon is done. These beans should be soupy, not dry. If needed, add 1/2 cup more of water. Serves 6 to 8.
