AFRICAN CHOW MEIN | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. sized onion 1 c. diced celery 1 can mushroom soup 2 cans chicken rice soup 1/2 c. uncooked rice 3/4 tsp. soy sauce Cook celery until tender. Brown meat and onion. Mix all ingredients together and add water enough to cover chow mein. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees. |
