KATE'S AFRICAN CHOW MEIN 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken rice soup
4 cans water
1 c. rice
1 lb. chicken or turkey (leftover works great, or 1 lb. veal cubed & brown)
Brown in butter:
1 lg. onion
2 c. celery

Mix all ingredients together in large roaster and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Optional - 1 cup slivered almonds.
