LOW CALORIE HOT DISH 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water

Chop cabbage in large pieces and put in bottom of baking dish. Brown meat and onion; pour off fat. Stir in rice. Pour over cabbage and add soup and water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; add water if needed.
