LOW-CALORIE CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. head cabbage 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/3 c. raw rice 1 can Campbell's condensed tomato soup, with 1 can of water Chop cabbage and place in greased baking dish. Saute meat and onion, and stir in rice. Pour on top of cabbage. Mix soup and water; pour over entire casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add more water, if casserole seems too dry. Makes 10 servings. 199 calories per serving. |
