LOW CALORIE HOT DISH 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. reg. rice, uncooked
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
Salt & pepper

Chop cabbage in large pieces and place in bottom of a greased baking pan. Brown meat and onion, pour off fat and stir in rice. Pour meat over cabbage and cover all with soup and water mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, watching to see that it doesn't get too dry. Serves 5 to 6.
