LOW CALORIE HOT DISH 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water

Chop cabbage in large pieces. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Brown onions and meat, pour off fat and stir in raw rice. Place meat mixture on top of cabbage and cover all with tomato soup and water. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. This recipe can be varied using sausage, chops, etc. Use whatever seasoning you prefer.
