PORK CHOP HOT DISH 
5 potatoes, sliced
1 1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 onion, sliced
5 pork chops

Layer the potatoes, onion and mixed vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; sprinkle several spoons of flour. Put on the pork chops, mix the milk and soup together and pour over the top. Cover and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes.
