1/2 c. crunchy natural peanut butter
3/4 c. fructose
1/2 env. Butter Buds, dry
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. ground unsalted peanuts, ground
12 peanut butter cookies, ground

Melt peanut butter, fructose, Butter Buds, vanilla together. Mix liquid mixture with peanuts and cookies. Blend thoroughly. Place in Pam-sprayed 8-inch pie pan. Chill until firm. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
