DINNER ROLLS 
6 c. all-purpose flour
2 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 c. lukewarm water

In large bowl of electric mixer, combine sugar, shortening and salt. Add boiling water. Blend and cool to lukewarm. Add beaten eggs. Blend. Soften yeast in lukewarm water. Add to egg mixture. Gradually add flour and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to use, take out desired amount. Knead on floured board. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking sheet. Let rise about 2 hours.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
