SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. yellow squash, cut up & boiled in salted water, until tender, drained
1 med. onion, grated
1 med. carrot, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup herb seasoning. Pour into 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Add 1/2 cup herb seasoning on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
